MILA Inc., a wholesale non-prime lender, has appointed
Nicole Scott compliance manager assistant. She joins compliance manager
Sandra Thomas. Both were previously compliance regulators with the state Department of Financial Institutions. They will help MILA continue obtaining licensing and compliance requirements in additional states. Also, MILA officials say the company is the anchor tenant of the newly named CRS Corporate Centre, 20700 44th Ave. W., in Lynnwood. CRS Financial LLC, a Washington company that acquires and operates commercial real estate, recently closed on the purchase of the Quadrant I-5 office. The property is receiving $5.5 million in improvements. Ric Brandt of CB Richard Ellis is the leasing agent.
