Misiu Systems of Bothell has reached an agreement with the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors to distribute Misiu's RealGuard Personal Alarm System to Washington Realtors. The system, expected to be available Sept. 1, has three units: a personal alarm the agent wears, a home alarm in the for-sale property and an auto alarm in the agent's car. If an agent feels threatened, he or she presses the panic button on the personal alarm, which prompts the home and auto units to emit a loud piercing noise. Agents can activate alarms placed by other agents. The system retails for $320. The agreement provides discounts to 18,000 Realtors in Washington.
