NAIOP

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties has released a glossary of office-development and leasing terms. Association officials say the guide adds clarity and transparency to commercial real estate markets throughout the United States. Developer Douglas Howe of Seattle-based Touchstone was on the steering committee that put the glossary together. The glossary is at http://www.naiop.org/services/usofficeterms.pdf.
