Cascade Partners

Cascade Partners, an investment real estate brokerage, has launched CP Builder Services, which will focus on brokering land for townhome and infill projects, as well as residential tracts under 50 units. Cascade Partners founders Michael and James Rooney started the division to provide builders and developers in Seattle with land acquisition services. The idea is to enable buyers and developers to concentrate on current jobs while CP Builder Services locates land for future projects.
