Hendricks & Partners

Fountain Courte, a 36-unit apartment in Tacoma, has sold for $2.18 million. Judith King of Windsor, Calif., bought it from Allen Morris of Tacoma. Robin Hays of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale.
