Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel

Robert A. Ratliffe is Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel Inc.'s new senior vice president — capital markets. He will be responsible for developing new business relationships with institutional investors and capital sources across the country, as well as serving existing clients and their consultants. He joined the Seattle-based institutional real estate investment adviser a year ago. Previously, he was a principal at Eagle River Investments, a private equity fund that Craig McCaw formed to invest in telecommunications.
