MILA Inc., a Mountlake Terrace-based wholesale mortgage banking company, appointed Douglas Schwed general counsel. The Gonzaga University School of Law graduate has more than 20 years experience as a lawyer. MILA appointed Mike Taylor, who has 30 years of industry experience, as manager of its loan servicing department. He previously came from Citigroup, where he was the vice president of loan servicing.
