Bedford Properties Investors acquired the Phoenix Technology Center, a two-building, 196,501-square-foot office property in Arizona, for $31 million, or $159 per square foot. Bedford is a California-based real estate investment trust that has office and service center/flex holdings in the Puget Sound region.
