Plymouth Housing Group

A $1.2 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to Plymouth Housing Group is the largest grant in Plymouth's 24 years. The grant was made as Plymouth launched its Building Hope capital campaign. The grant and other funds will support development of various projects including two in downtown Seattle: the St. Charles Apartments and Plymouth on Stewart. The campaign goal is $30 million. To date, $23 million has been raised from public sources. Of the $7 million in private financing, nearly $4 million has been raised.
