D.R. Horton

Niko Borrelli is the new project launch manager for sales and marketing in D.R. Horton's Seattle division. His initial focus is Radiance, a nearly 700-home project in Fife. Borrelli was previously with Starwood Hotels and Resorts International, serving as sales manager for the Westin and W Hotels in Seattle. Bill Salvesen has been named regional community sales manager for Radiance. He was community sales manager for Windermere Builder Services, overseeing sales of a 116-unit upscale condominium project in Belltown.
