Bedford Property Investors

Change may be in the works at Bedford Property Investors. The California real estate investment trust, which has 1 million square feet in the Puget Sound area, announced its board will review a range of alternatives, including sale or merger of the REIT or certain properties. Board Chairman and CEO Peter Bedford said it's possible no action will occur. During the evaluation, the company will suspend its search for a new CEO to replace Bedford when he retires.
