Quadrant Homes marks its 35th anniversary this fall. The Bellevue-based company estimates it has built more than 6,000 homes in the Puget Sound region. In 2003, the company closed a record 958 home sales, up 10 percent over 2002. The company estimates it will close on 1,100 homes this year. In 1969, Quadrant employed 12 people; today 180 people work for the company, whose sales revenues are approaching $500 million. The company is building homes in 13 communities, with prices ranging from $160,000 to the low $400,000s.
