NAIOP's annual meeting is at 7 a.m. Oct. 27 at Seattle's Pier 66 Bell Harbor Conference Center, 2211 Alaskan Way. Members will elect directors to the 2005 association board. The program is about commercial construction challenges and issues developers face. Speakers are Dean Allen of McKinstry, Jay Halleran of NBBJ, Britt Slone of Foushee and Associates and Laura Domoto of The Seneca Group. Cost is $25 for members and $40 for nonmembers.
