Quadrant Homes

Quadrant Homes has named Jeff Skall and Jim Sprott senior development managers. Skall will work at Redmond Ridge, and Sprott will work on the Bellevue land development team. Skall previously worked for Weyerhaeuser Real Estate, Quadrant's parent company. Sprott, who was a design manager and engineer at Coughlin Porter Lundeen, will manage plat feasibilities, entitlements, engineering and construction throughout the Puget Sound region.
