Windermere Real Estate

The Windermere Foundation, Windermere Real Estate's nonprofit charity organization, has been named the 2004 Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation by the Washington chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The Windermere Foundation was created in 1989 and has generated more than $10 million. A portion of each Windermere transaction goes to the foundation, which supports children's programs, schools, families and others. Windermere has two new sales associates in Seattle: Bill Barker at the Wall Street office, and Alex Eckardt at Eastlake.
