Kent-based home builder Pageantry has named
Tim Easter vice president of land acquisitions in Washington, and
Jeff Smallwood sales manager. Easter was vice president and director of marketing and sales for the company. He now acquires land for single- and multi-family projects. The company's goal is to build up to 550 homes in the Puget Sound region starting in 2005. Smallwood joined the company last year as community sales manager of Shadowhawk, a condo and townhome project in Renton. The Pageantry Companies, headquartered in Las Vegas, opened in Washington in 2000 and has built more than 600 homes in the Puget Sound region. Builder Magazine ranked it the sixth fastest growing home builder in the country.
