Madison House Ltd.

Seattle real estate company Madison House Ltd., has joined the Sotheby's International Realty franchise network. It now operates as Madison House Ltd. Sotheby's International Realty. Kitty Hughes owns the 23-year-old brokerage at 4227 E. Madison St. It has 17 sales associates, who rang up approximately $70 million in sales last year, with an average home sale price of $650,000.
