Urban Land Institute

Urban Land Institute's breakfast program, "Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2005," will be at 7 a.m. Dec. 14 at the Hyatt Regency, 900 Bellevue Way N.E., Bellevue. Peter F. Korpacz, director of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Real Estate Practice, is the speaker. Panelists are Jim DeLisle of the UW's Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies, Christopher J. Hartung of Wells Fargo Securities and Michael J. Parks, editor and publisher of Marples Pacific Northwest Letter. Cost ranges from $25 for students who are ULI members to $50 for nonmembers.
