Unico

Unico has promoted Jonas Sylvester to vice president of Investments in Seattle. He was manager of the division. He's focusing on assembling a portfolio of medical office buildings. While maintaining Unico's core investments in Class A office properties, Sylvester's goal is to help the company diversify its portfolio to include medical office buildings. Unico looks to both develop properties with health systems and acquire existing facilities.
