Hendricks & Partners

O'Hare Pioneer Villa LLC of Camano Island has bought Pioneer Villa, a 35-unit, Section 8 apartment complex for senior citizens in Sequim, for $1.7 million from Pioneer Villa LLC of Seattle. Robert Di Pietrae of the Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal.
