NAIOP will host its first South Sound Commercial Real Estate Forecast in the new Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center, 1500 Broadway, at 11 a.m. Feb. 8. Lynn O. Michaelis of Weyerhaeuser will give an economic forecast, Mark Ossola of Nearon Southern California will speak about the company's Tacoma development. Panelists are Vanessa Herzog of GVA Kidder Mathews, who will talk about the industrial market; Dominic Accetturo of Colliers, office; Tim Weber of First Western Properties, retail; and Suzanne Britsch of Real Vision Research, multifamily.
