Erik Hand has been promoted to president of Bellevue-based Response Mortgage Services, the in-house lender of John L. Scott Real Estate. He previously was vice president. He has 17 years' experience in the mortgage business and joined the company in January 2003. Hand says Response Mortgage Services will be further integrated into John L. Scott's 125 offices.
