Windermere Onsite Inc., a Windermere affiliate that specializes in the sale of new residences in the Puget Sound region, appointed
Tom Zbaren director of sales. Zbaren previously was director of sales for Williams Marketing. The Windermere franchise (formerly Windermere Builder Services Inc.) is based in Bellevue and has a new office in Belltown. Windermere Onsite has worked with condo-marketing strategist
Dean Jones of Real Estate Applied Logics Inc. of Seattle on some projects, including TriBeCa on Queen Anne, Bella Mira Estates at Lake Sammamish and Avenue One in Belltown. Jones says additional joint projects will be announced soon.
Joe Gehrke has joined Windermere as a sales associate at Seattle's Magnolia office, where he was a licensed assistant.
