Growth at investment management company NBS Real Estate Capital has prompted the company to move to Suite 260 in Portland's Bank of America Financial Center, 121 S.W. Morrison St. David Dewey has joined the company as a vice president. Dewey previously worked at Pension Consulting Alliance Inc. The firm's portfolio is growing with investments made on behalf of Morrison Street Fund I LP. In the last year, NBS made seven investments across the West with a combined value of approximately $100 million. The company expects to expand its portfolio by at least another $75 million this year, CEO Rance Gregory says. Gregory and commercial real estate company Norris, Beggs & Simpson own NBS Real Estate Capital.
