Georgia-based contractor Pete Youngs will speak about rehabilitating homes and boosting returns by working as your own general contractor at two REAPS events. The first is 7 p.m. March 24 at Kane Hall on the University of Washington's Seattle campus. It's free for Real Estate Association of Puget Sound members and $15 for others. A day-long seminar will be at 9 a.m. March 26 at Kirkland's Lake Washington Technical College, 11605 132 Ave. N.E. It's $49 for REAPS members and $69 for others.
