Jillayne Schlicke is joining BPI Consulting as a principal. Schlicke will head the School of Real Estate, a division of BPI Consulting that focuses on continuing education for agents, mortgage brokers and others. BPI provides leadership development, conflict resolution, ethics and communication consulting services. Schlicke was director of education for First American Title. She won the Seattle King County Association of Realtors' 2004 Affiliate of the Year Award for her work on the Cultural Diversity Committee. The National Association of Professional Mortgage Women has recognized her three times as Member of the Year.
