The Ryness Co./Windermere

The Builder Sales Group/Windermere, a residential sales and marketing company in the Northwest, has changed its name to The Ryness Co./Windermere. This caps a merger of the two companies that began in February 2004, and marks The Ryness Co.'s move into the Northwest. San Diego-based Ryness markets homes in California, Arizona and Nevada. Builder Sales Group cofounders Bill Donahoe and Barbara Allen are co-presidents of The Ryness Co./Windermere, which is based in Bellevue. Donahoe and Allen estimate closings for Ryness/Windermere in 2005 will be more than 2,500 units.
