Quadrant Homes

Officials of Quadrant Homes say they beat their Snoqualmie Ridge sales record by selling 386 homes in the 1,340-acre planned community in 2004. Since Snoqualmie Ridge sales began in 1998, 1,896 homes have been sold. Snoqualmie Ridge has been the top selling new-home community in Washington for three years, according to the company. Snoqualmie Ridge has 87 sales so far this year.
