The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties' second-annual Pacific Northwest Real Estate Challenge will be at 4 p.m. March 30 at Qwest Field. A panel will judge students' ideas on how to develop the north lot of Qwest Field. Teams from the University of Washington, the University of British Columbia and Portland State University are competing. It's $65 per person or $600 for a table of 10.
