Two groups have honored four members of the Portland-based brokerage Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
Jan Robertson was named Commercial Association of Realtors Humanitarian of the Year for her work with the nonprofit arts group Young Audiences and the Vancouver School District.
Chris Johnson was named Office Broker of the Year by the association. He worked on was the sale of 2100 River Parkway, which sold for $260 per square foot, a record for Portland.
Jack McConnell and Michael Merino were awarded CAR's and the Oregon/Southwest Washington chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors' Industrial Transaction of the Year. They sold the Ryerson Tull property for $8.35 million and secured a lease to meet the company's facility needs.
