Licensed real estate broker Jeffrey Patterson has been named director of sales at Williams Marketing, which markets and sells condominiums and townhomes. He worked at Prudential Northwest Realty/Cayce & Gain Realtors where he was most recently sales manager. He supervised more than 70 agents and closed 950 transaction a year with a volume of more than $250 million.
