The Washington chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties has created a 16-member advisory board. It will help the board of directors make decisions affecting the future of the group and the commercial real estate industry in the state, according to chapter President Bart Brynestadof Panattoni Development. In addition to Brynestad, Advisory Board members are Patrick Callahan of Equity Office Properties, Tom Parsons of Opus Northwest, Richard Stevenson of Clise Properties, Bob Wallace of Wallace Properties, Dale Sperling of Unico Properties, Dan Ivanoff of Schnitzer Northwest, Douglas Howe of Touchstone Corp., Greg Smith of Gregory Broderick Smith Real Estate, John Pietromonaco of Hill-Raaum-Pietromonaco, John Teutsch of Teutsch Partners, Joe Blattner of Tarragon, Gary Carpenter of Bentall Capital, Shannon Underwood of Underwood Gartland Development, Kemper Freeman Jr. of Kemper Development and Frank Stagen of Nitze-Stagen. The group will meet three times a year and members will serve one-year terms.
