David Dye of the state Department of Transportation will talk about upcoming projects in the Puget Sound region at NAIOP's 7:30 a.m. May 18 breakfast at the Bellevue Club, 11200 S.E. Sixth St. Dye, urban corridor administrator, works on megaprojects. The breakfast is $25 for members of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and $40 for others.
