S-J Management LLC, a real estate investment, brokerage and property management company, is forming a limited liability company to raise between $10 million and $15 million to buy investment properties in Phoenix. It's the latest in a flurry of activity for the Seattle-based company, which has completed more than $152 million worth of transactions during the past 15 months. Among the highlights -- Purchasing the 180-unit Mandarina Apartments for $15.475 million, the 185-unit Belaflora Apartments for $16.1 million, the 257-unit Monterra Apartments for $18.16 million, and the 22,749-square-foot Biltmore Lakes Office Building for $4.2 million. All are in Phoenix.
-- Selling the 464-unit Glen Park at West Campus Apartments in Federal Way for $36.5 million and the 170-unit Ventura Vista Apartments in Phoenix for $16.7 million
