Egis has launched Egis Certified, a building commissioning and LEED certification service that Egis officials say will reduce costs for developers. Mark Weed, president of Egis, a Seattle property management and facilities engineering company, says Egis started the program because of strong interest in sustainable building. Egis Service Manager Brian Moore and Tom Ripley lead Egis Certified.
