The BOMA Tri-Cities chapter and The Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) is accepting applications for the course "Design, Operation and Maintenance, Part I." This is a mandatory course to obtain the BOMI designations of Real Property Administrator or Facilities Management Administrator. The class, which requires advanced self study, will be in Kennewick Sept. 8-9 and 22-23. It's $500 for Building Owners and Managers Association members and $575 for others. Additional fees may apply.
