Northwest Resource Management Group

Seattle-based Northwest Resource Management Group won approval from the Las Vegas City Council to build Cielo Vista, a 414-condo highrise downtown. "These may be the smartest (developers) down here," Mayor Oscar Goodman said, referring to the Seattle company's projected price point of $315 a square foot. That's about $100 less than the average price for new condos in the area. More than 200 buyers have put down $5,000 deposits. MWT Ofra of Las Vegas designed the 27-story project. Construction is to begin in late 2005 and finish in early 2007.
