Cushman & Wakefield
Rebecca Uusitalo has joined Cushman & Wakefield as property manager of the company's Eastside portfolio, including the 300,000-square-foot Sunset Corporate Campus. She previously worked as property manager of Unico Properties' Bellevue portfolio.
Riley Shephard is a new associate in the Eastside Office Leasing Group. He's working with
Tom Bohman, director of Eastside Office Leasing. Shephard recently graduated from the University of Portland. Cushman & Wakefield promoted
Kim Berg to senior portfolio manager of the company's downtown Seattle office properties. She was general manager of the Seattle Municipal Tower. DB Rreef has selected Cushman & Wakefield to manage leasing at One Convention Place, a 300,000-square-foot office building at 701 Pike St. Cushman's Senior Leasing Director Scotta Ashcraft and Senior Director
Michael Dash will represent the landlord. The building is 90 percent occupied.
