HSC Real Estate

Vulcan Inc. and Pemco Insurance hired Seattle-based HSC Real Estate to manage the residences of Alley24, now under construction in the South Lake Union neighborhood. Vulcan and Pemco are joint venture partners. The project has 172 apartments, 185,000 square feet of office and 28,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. HSC, which manages more than 20,000 apartment units in the Northwest and California, will begin pre-leasing the apartments early next year.
