The Downtown Seattle Association is hosting a breakfast forum about how the city plans to manage and coordinate a decade of transportation construction. Grace Crunican, director of the city's Department of Transportation, and consultant Alinda Page will speak at the 7:30 a.m. Wednesday forum at the Grand Hyatt, 721 Pine St. It's $35 for DSA members and $45 for others.
