Pacland

Pacland, a development services consulting company, is opening a Bellevue office. The move comes in response to a surge of Eastside development, according to the company's Michael Crowson. Pacland also plans to expand its staff. The company, which also has offices in Seattle, Olympia, Portland and Roseville, Calif., works on rural and urban commercial development. Services include project management, site planning, land-use entitlements, civil engineering, landscape architecture, transportation design, and permitting and construction management/administration.
