Hendricks & Partners

Kenny Dudunakis of the Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the $13.2 million sale of two Seattle properties: Windsor Court, a 40-unit apartment at 566 Prospect St., and Newport Square, a 56-unit project at 8745 Greenwood Ave. N. Murray Franklyn of Bellevue sold both to Windsor Condominiums LLC of Seattle, which is converting them to condos.
