Tom Parsons has been promoted to senior vice president of Opus Northwest. He will oversee operations in the Northwest. Regional offices in Bellevue and Portland employ more than 70 people in the real estate development, engineering, design, construction and property management divisions. Parsons joined Opus in 1998 as a director of real estate. He has had the dual responsibility of being general manager of the Bellevue office since 1999. He is responsible for development management, land acquisition, financial analysis, financing of projects, and investment sales activities. Opus Northwest is an arm of the Minneapolis-based Opus Group of Companies, with more than $1 billion in annual revenues.
