S-J Management

S-J Management — a privately held Seattle real estate investment, brokerage and property management company — sold an office building in Phoenix's Biltmore area for $4.95 million, or $225 per square foot, to GTC II LLC. S-J and an affiliate, Biltmore Lakes Associates LLC, bought the building a year ago for $4.2 million, or $191 per square foot, according to S-J CEO Michael Sauter.
