Yesterday's $66.8 million sale of Carillon Heights, a garden-court apartment property in Kirkland, obliterated the Puget Sound region's per-unit price record.
Continental Properties and its equity partner, Broadreach Capital Partners of Los Angels and Palo Alto, Calif., paid the Skinner Corp., $373,184 per apartment.
