Seattle-based Harbor Properties, whose development division is growing as it pursues urban mixed-use projects, has hired Geralyn Vannoy as lead executive for commercial leasing. She had worked at Staubach. Earlier this year, Harbor hired Tom Gehrig to lead its commercial and residential asset-management efforts. He had worked at Bay West Commercial Real Estate Services as director of development services in Seattle.
