Jack Schultz, CEO of the industrial development company Agracel Inc. and author of "Boomtown USA," will talk about why some small towns succeed and others flounder at NAIOP's 7:30 a.m. Oct. 26 breakfast at Seattle's Grand Hyatt, 721 Pine St. Agracel works on bringing jobs in high-tech and manufacturing to small towns.
