CB Richard Ellis hired 25-year real estate veteran Scott Biethan as senior managing director of Valuation & Advisory Services in the Northwest. The company is expanding these services in the region, which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Biethan, who will be based in Seattle, joins the company from Cushman & Wakefield. He will recruit appraisers throughout the Northwest, and head CB's national hotel and hospitality appraisal practice.
