Chiles & Co.

Vulcan Inc. hired Chiles & Co. to manage its property at the south marina area of Lake Union in Seattle. The Seattle company will oversee 7.6 acres, including Chandler's Cove and the H.C. Henry Pier. The properties include 57,000 square feet of retail and office space, and 92 boat slips.
