Security Properties

Seattle-based Security Properties has acquired another Bay Area apartment. Security paid $23.3 million for the 124-unit Diplomat in Mountain View, Calif. Security plans to renovate the property, which was built in 1969. The Diplomat is the company's fourth multi-family asset in the Bay Area. Managing Director of Acquisitions Lonnie Nadal says Security wants to buy more.
